Eamonn Quinn is a commercial attorney with over 20 years’ experience in the commercial legal field.
Eamonn graduated from Wits University in 1996 with a B Proc and LLB (both obtained with distinction) and completed his articles at a boutique Johannesburg law firm specialising in commercial and corporate law.
Eamonn went on to establish Quinn Attorneys Inc. in 2003. He has extensive experience and expertise in negotiating and structuring a wide variety of financial and commercial transactions, drafting complex and comprehensive financial and commercial agreements, providing advice on corporate governance issues and the application of the myriad laws and procedures in the fields of contract, business entities, debtors and creditors, trusts, international transactions, security, finance, employment, property, information technology, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
Notably, Eamonn is also a qualified solicitor for England and Wales. This provides him with the very unique advantage of being a dual-qualified lawyer able to serve the needs of clients with business interests in the United Kingdom and South Africa.
